How long does it take?
Usually under 10 minutes after your deposit is confirmed. Block confirmations can take longer when a network is busy.
What are the fees?
A 1% service fee, already included in the amount you receive. Gas for your deposit transfer is paid from your wallet.
Where do the rates come from?
Relly pulls rates and liquidity from centralized exchanges such as Binance, KuCoin, OKX and Bybit via API, and uses the best rate available when your deposit is confirmed.
How private is it?
Your wallet pays the RellySwap deposit address, and the recipient is paid from an exchange withdrawal. There is no direct transaction between the two wallets on-chain. Matching amounts and timing can still hint at a link, and RellySwap may be required to share order data with authorities when legally requested.
Who holds the funds during the swap?
While your order is in progress, funds sit at the RellySwap deposit address until the destination token is sent to the recipient.
Why no approvals?
You just send tokens directly. RellySwap never asks for access to other tokens in your wallet.
What if the recipient address is wrong?
Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. Double-check the recipient before you deposit. If the order hasn't been processed yet, message us on X with your order number right away.
What if an order fails?
Orders that can't be processed are refunded to the sending address, minus network fees.
